A delicious and natural cupcake recipe with no refined sugars.
You’ll need fresh zucchini, carrot, unsweetened pineapple, lemons and applesauce. Chopped and toasted nuts, flaxseed, eggs, whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Frosting will include cream cheese, Earth Balance spread (or butter), agave nectar or honey and dried fruit. This recipe will make 24 full-size cupcakes.
